Additional deposits and monthly pet fees apply to all pet approved properties, and are clearly marked throughout the website. We have partnered with a Pet Screening company to help manage our tenant's pets and to ensure adherence to our pet policies. There is a non-refundable $20 application screening fee for the first pet, $15 for the second pet and $0 for assistance/service animals.
