New Applicants

If you are applying for a rental and will be bringing a pet, service animal, or emotional support animal (ESA), you must complete the Pet Screening process before your application can be finalized.

Current Residents

If you are a current resident and would like to add a pet, service animal, or emotional support animal (ESA) to your lease, you must complete the Pet Screening process before bringing the animal onto the property.

Pet Screening Fees:

• First Pet: $20 (non-refundable)
• Second Pet: $15 (non-refundable)
• Service Animals & Assistance Animals: No fee
